Mackenzie has been surrounded by animals her whole life, from growing up riding horses to eventually training and teaching lessons. That lifelong experience gives her a natural ease with both pets and their people in her role as a Client Care Representative.
She’s an active puppy foster and currently has a full house with three dogs, two cats, and her family. Before joining the veterinary world, Mackenzie spent ten years in finance customer service, where she developed the communication and organizational skills, she now brings to the clinic every day. She enjoys being part of a team that helps pets stay healthy and keeps their humans informed and supported.
