We are happy to announce that we are transitioning to an open-door policy! We can now welcome maximum 2 pet parents per appointment into the clinic with their pets. Our top priority here at Elgin Animal Hospital is the ongoing health and safety of our clients, their pets, and our dedicated team members that serve you and the community.

APPOINTMENTS
FOOD AND MEDICATION PICK-UP
If you are not feeling well in any way, or if you have interacted with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 we ask that you stay isolated and do not visit us at the clinic. If your pet needs lifesaving medical attention, please have a family member or friend bring in your pet.
NO-SHOW POLICY IN EFFECT
To ensure all of our patients and clients get the best care possible, please let us know if you cannot make the appointment. All no-shows will be recorded and clients with multiple no-shows may be asked for a deposit before making future appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies arise. A simple phone call before your scheduled appointment is all that is required - 24 hours notice preferred. This will allow us to offer that spot to a pet in need.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Wednesday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
